Maleke Markih Bigtrack, began his earthly journey on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at CHI, Devils Lake Hospital and began his journey to the Spirit World on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND.

Maleke was constantly in the thoughts and prayers of his entire family from the moment he entered this world. He will remain in the hearts of his family forever.

Maleke Markih is the precious son of Carolynn Bigtrack; baby brother of Marihlynn and Makihlynn. Other survivors: uncle Winter Bigtrack; aunt Myalynn Bigtrack; grandparents Geneva and Wesley Bigtrack; grandmas Lisa Feather, Angie Robertson and Rena Lohnes; grandpas Byron Littleghost, Robert Little, Alan Little, Joseph Little and Michael Little; great grandmothers Roberta Littleghost, Bonita Littleghost, Lisa Littleghost, Carla Littleghost and Sandra Littleghost; great grandfather Richard Littleghost; great great grandmothers Helena Littleghost, Elizabeth Littleghost, Elaine Robertson and Pauline Greywater; great great grandfather Leroy Littleghost.

Maleke followed to the Spirit world aunts Mary Feather Bigtrack and Hope Rough; uncles Wesley Bigtrack Jr. and Jonah John Little; grandfather Todd Rough Sr.; great grandfathers Raphael Feather and Allen Bigtrack Sr.; great grandmother Caroline Bigtrack.

The Wake and Prayer Service for Maleke will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the Wesley and Geneva Bigtrack residence in St. Michael, ND beginning at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary and Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. The procession to the Bigtrack home will leave from St. Michael's Catholic Church at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Mass of the Angels will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church with Father Paul Schuster celebrating the Mass. Maleke will be laid to rest in St. Michael's Cemetery.

Casket Bearers for Maleke will be Keveon Feather, Tumani Robertson, Joran Lohnes and Wesley "Baby Cuz" Bigtrack III. Honorary Pallbearers are all of Maleke's dear relatives. Music will be provided by the Eagle Tail Singers.

Maleke is in the care of the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake.
