BP: Three sentenced for dealing heroin in Bemidji, Red Lake

ST. PAUL -- A Minneapolis man was sentenced to 11 years in prison Friday for selling heroin in the Bemidji area and two co-defendants will also serve time in a case officials described as the "largest heroin seizure in northern Minnesota."

According to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office, Raymond Walker, 30, Minneapolis, was convicted of one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin and was the "leader, manager and organizer of the conspiracy, (and) supplied large quantities of heroin throughout Bemidji and the Red Lake Indian Reservation."
