NAJA launches new website to ring in 2019

The NAJA Newsroom website will be the new digital hub for announcements, project updates, conference information, and resources for our growing membership. NAJA Newsroom retains many of the features from the previous websites with some notable upgrades:

An improved, searchable Job Board

Looking for a new gig in television or newspaper? Select a category to search those positions. Each listing contains a complete job description and links to apply at the employer's website. All listings appear for 30 days, so they are recent and up to date.

A new tribal media map

This new, interactive map shows the diversity of tribal media across Indian Country. All of NAJA's current member organizations are represented, just mouse over the map to learn more about the many outlets that represent our Native communities. If your tribal media outlet is missing, please contact us so we can get them on the map!

And many other features!

The new NAJA Newsroom includes many other upgrades to assist our members to meet their professional needs:

• An easy to navigate homepage with latest news, project, and conference information

• A complete, downloadable catalog of NAJA reporting guides

• A revamped free press page and resources

• An expanded NAJA history section with more photos

• An expanded student section featuring past Native Voice stories, student chapter information, and fellowship and scholarship applications
