BP: Deep freeze welcomes in 2019: Temperatures expected to rebound later in the week

BEMIDJI—A deep freeze greeted 2019 over much of the northland.

A wind chill advisory was issued for all of northern Minnesota and eastern North Dakota through Wednesday morning, as wind chills of colder than 30 degrees below zero were recorded throughout the area the past two days.
