WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST FRIDAY...
WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELLED...
* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will lead drifting and blowing snow, with reduced visibilities below one mile at times.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Minnesota.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Friday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute today and morning commute Friday. Cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes tonight.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern North Dakota, west central and northwest Minnesota.
DAY ONE...Tonight
Blizzard conditions will continue along and west of the Red River Valley, where wind gusts up to 50 mph are expected. Snow will
continue across southeast North Dakota and west central Minnesota, with 2 to 4 additional inches of snow expected. Wind chills will
fall to 30 below zero, mainly along and west of the Red River Valley.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday
Hazardous wind chills as low as 30 below zero are expected Friday and Saturday mornings.
After a brief period of slightly warmer temperatures Saturday and Sunday, much colder air arrives early next week. Winds chills may fall to 30 below zero Monday and Tuesday afternoons and 40 below zero Monday and Tuesday nights.
