BP: Northern Minnesota man sentenced to 6 months for repeatedly sexually assaulting young girl

ROSEAU, Minn. — A Roseau man will spend two more months behind bars for sexually assaulting a young child.

Anthony Joseph Ray Garcia, 23, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sexual conduct as part of a plea agreement that dropped a first-degree charge for sexual contact with a person under age 13. He has been in custody for four months and will have spent six months in jail in total.
