Teen killed in crash, alcohol believed to be contributing factor

GULLY, Minn. (Valley News Live)- A Minnesota man is dead after being ejected from his car after leaving the roadway in Gully, Minnesota.

The accident happened Friday at the intersection of 330th St. SE and 380th Ave. SE. Police say Joshua Charles Anderson, 19, was driving when he left the roadway. Police also say alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor.

Anderson was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. Police say, he was the only person in the truck. The incident is actively being investigated by police.

On 12-14-2018 the sole occupant and driver of a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab pickup was killed when he was ejected from the vehicle after the vehicle left the roadway at the intersection of 330th ST SE and 380th AVE SE Gully, MN. The vehicle struck a field approach and rolled. The victim was identified as Joshua Charles Anderson age 19 from Gully, MN. Alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor. Anderson was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash. Investigation remains active and ongoing.
