Police still searching for missing person, Dillon James Sayers, age 26

Red Lake, MN-The Red Lake Department of Public Safety wants to remind the public that they are still are still looking for information to help locate a missing man identified as Dillon James Sayers age 26, who was last seen at a family member's residence in Red Lake on October 23rd, 2018.

A "missing person" report was filed with Red Lake Law Enforcement on October 31st, and was assigned to the criminal investigation division and the case is being worked in conjunction with the local FBI. In addition, the police department also entered Dillon into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database as a missing person on October 31st and also posted information on the department's website requesting the public's assistance in locating Dillon.

Dillon is described as a Native American Male, 5'9" brown short hair and weighs 160 pounds. He also bears Native American design tattoos on his right arm and is of a medium build.

The police department and FBI has followed up on information and tips surrounding this investigation but is still determining if foul play is involved or if Dillon intentionally does not want to be located due to outstanding warrants issued by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) about the same time he was reported as missing. However, please note the family feels very strongly there still would have been some type of contact from him if his disappearance was related to the warrants and are extremely worried about his absence. Dillon's family and friends have not heard from Dillon since the report was filed.
