ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.- Democrat Deb Haaland is projected to become the first Native American woman to serve in the U.S. Congress.
Haaland, a member of the Pueblo of Laguna, is projected to beat Janice Arnold-Jones, a Republican, and Lloyd Princeton, a Libertarian, for New Mexico's 1st Congressional District seat.
