Northwest SD man denies setting school classrooms on fire

EAGLE BUTTE, S.D. -- A 27-year-old Eagle Butte accused of setting fire to modular classrooms at a school in northwest South Dakota has denied the charges in a federal court appearance.

Shane Taken Alive appeared in court Thursday, Oct. 18, and denied the charges of buglary and arson.
