Man held in Red Cloud School arrest ordered detained pending trial

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA TV) -- A Tennessee man arrested last week at the Red Cloud Indian School after posting what the FBI calls threatening videos on YouTube will remain in custody pending court appearances, a federal judge ruled Friday afternoon.

Daniel Richardson, Jr., was ordered out of the courtroom Friday for unruly behavior during his detention hearing in federal court in Rapid City. "I'm done with you," Richardson said repeatedly before Federal magistrate judge Daneta Wollmann ordered him removed.
