Make a Last Trip to MNHS Historic Sites Before Summer Ends

As students head back to school and fall arrives, MNHS’ summer sites season is coming to an end. Labor Day weekend is the perfect time for Minnesotans to squeeze in one last summer road trip. Many MNHS historic sites change to limited hours after Labor Day and close for the season in the fall.

Hill House can enjoy special themed tours exploring labor in the world of the Great Northern Railway magnate on Saturday, September 1. Head to Historic Forestville for an evening barn dance or learn about the starry skies of the Northwoods with telescopes and more at Forest History Center, both September 1.
