RED LAKE -- As Red Lake Tribal Chairman Darrell Seki began his second term Tuesday morning, he encouraged his tribal nation to work toward healing after a year that battered the reservation with deaths, storms, fires and a contentions election.
Seki was among the six elected officials sworn in at an inauguration ceremony: Tribal Secretary Sam Strong, Tribal Treasurer Annette Johnson, Little Rock Representative Michelle Cobenais, Red Lake Representative Donald Good, Sr. and Redby Representative Julius "Toady" Thunder.
