“This phenomenal development is a real estate success story and Marketplace Home Mortgage couldn’t be more delighted to have integrated our expertise and services to help homeowners achieve their goals,” said Keith White, President of Marketplace Home Mortgage. “Phase one of the project is nearly sold out and we anticipate robust competition for the rest of these first-rate properties.”

The MarketTrac construction loan program offers both the convenience of a one-time close with the flexibility of a traditional home mortgage. MarketTrac is just one of the innovative ways Marketplace Home Mortgage has helped clients including individuals, builders, and real estate professionals for the past 22 years. This experience makes Marketplace one of the most revered mortgage companies in the region.

“I take pride in my experienced, trained, and compassionate staff of lending professionals with each team member contributing a different aspect of service including processing conventional and refinance loans, construction loans, and streamlined processing and underwriting,” said White. “We are excited to work together to help create a community in Lake Elmo that is second-to-none.”
