Woman pleads guilty to assault of infant

BEMIDJI -- A Bemidji woman accused of breaking a 3-month-old infant’s legs while babysitting pleaded guilty Monday to third-degree assault and child endangerment.

Bridget Renae Stately, 42, was charged with the felonies in May after she was allegedly caught on a “Nanny Cam” grabbing the baby’s feet and twisting her ankles.
