Head Start Teacher Float - BI-CAP

Bi-County Community Action Programs, Inc. (BI-CAP) is seeking a Head Start Teacher Float for its Head Start location in Bemidji, MN.

Teacher Float is responsible for or assisting the classroom teacher with the effective operation of the Head Start classroom to promote and enhance the School Readiness of children and families in conformance with Head Start regulations. Responsible for or assist with classroom safety and delivery of education services to children and families.

REQUIREMENTS: Teacher Sub requires a 2 or 4 year degree in Early Childhood Education; or a degree in a field related to early childhood education and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education, with experience teaching preschool-age children. Must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP's values of collaboration, innovation and compassion as well as a respect for diversity. Applicants must meet DHS & MN Rule 3 licensing requirements.

Full-time 40 hours a week during the school year, starting September 29th. $14.27/hr+ DOQ, w/benefits.
