The WNBA, which will bring its All-Star Game to Minneapolis Saturday, is in the midst of its 22nd season. There are teams still trying to make a profit and franchises that are moving; San Antonio just moved to Las Vegas and the New York Liberty, on the sales block, moved this year from Madison Square Garden to a smaller arena in Westchester County.
