MISSISSIPPI TOURISM ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCES EXPERIENCE MISSISSIPPI PROGRAM

Jackson, Miss. – The Mississippi Tourism Association is excited to announce the introduction of their new program: Experience Mississippi. The program is open to anyone in the travel and tourism industry who wants to make a great first impression when interacting with customers or guests.

The program consists of four courses covering a wide range of topics including listening and communication skills, connecting with guests and making a positive impact on visitors. These courses are to be completed in the timespan of one year from the date of enrollment. Participants must be a member in good standing of the Mississippi Tourism Association to have access to their login and password to complete the courses. Upon reviewing all four videos and passing all four quizzes with a score of 80% or higher, participants will be presented with a personalized certificate via email stating that they are a “Certified Mississippi Hospitality Professional.”
