Reported stabbing on Tonawanda Indian Reservation

BASOM - No charges were filed and no report was made after Genesee County sheriff’s deputies were called to an alleged stabbing on the Tonawanda Indian Reservation early Saturday morning.

Chief Deputy Jerome Brewster said deputies were called to Bloomingdale and Meadville roads to investigate a reported stabbing. The victim refused to cooperate and initially refused medical treatment and did not appear to have suffered any serious injuries, Brewster said. He said the investigation concluded with no charges filed.
