Bemidji Pioneer: Cass Lake man dies after assault

CASS LAKE—A 25-year-old Cass Lake man has died after he was assaulted, officials said.

At 11:56 p.m. Thursday, June 7, the Cass County Sheriff's Office received a report that a serious assault victim was brought to the Cass Lake Indian Health Services Hospital, according to a release from Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch.
