Special School Board Meeting held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018

RED LAKE - A Special School Board Meeting was held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the Administration Headquarters at 2 PM.

All Board Members were present and after the agenda was approved, a lengthy discussion was held on items listed in the consent agenda.

After the discussion, the consent agenda was approved by the Board.

Among those approvals, Wesley Halverson was hired as a bus driver, an employment offer was rescinded, a transfer request was approved from Evon Spears into the open Cook II position at the Secondary Complex, Paul Johnson was hired as a custodian I at the Secondary Complex, a transfer request from Kyle Fairbanks into the open Seat Based Teacher position was approved, accepted a resignation from Larry Johnson, Bus Driver, approved adding a Special Education Teaching position for the District, approved adding an ALC Teacher at the Secondary Complex, accepted a resignation from Angela Andreen, an Elementary Specialist Teacher and accepted a resignation from Melodie Kingbird, a Paraprofessional, at the end of the school year.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:51 PM.

The next Regular School Board meeting is scheduled for June 27, 2018 at the Administration Office.
