Bemidji Pioneer: Drivers duel at Bemidji Speedway

BEMIDJI -- The third stop in the Advantage RV Modified Tour Series came to Bemidji Speedway Sunday night. Weather conditions early in the day were less than appealing with rainy, windy and dreary skies. Track workers, drivers and volunteers worked from early in the morning until race time to make the track raceable. By late afternoon, the sun was shining and the cars and fans were on scene ready for racing action on the 1/4 mile oval.

The Wissota Modified tour racers were racing for $1,500 to win on the fast track against some of the best racers from Minnesota, South Dakota and Manitoba.
