Yellowstone bison could be shipped to Fort Peck tribes by end of 2018

Disease-free male bison quarantined in Yellowstone National Park could be shipped to the Fort Peck Reservation as early as November or December.

“We believe we have another tool to manage bison,” said Yellowstone National Park superintendent Dan Wenk. Wenk announced his upcoming retirement Friday.
