States Look for Ways to Stop School Shootings

The stories are familiar by now. A disturbed student gets access to a gun, takes it to school and turns it on his peers. The question is, where do you stop it: with the kid, with the gun or with the school?

It's a question lawmakers across the nation are grappling with following the latest tragedy, where a student with a shotgun and a .38 revolver killed 10 people and wounded 10 more in the Houston suburb of Sante Fe last Friday.
