A Cumberland, Wis., man was arrested Wednesday after police discovered he had used a “spy camera” to view clients undressing in a tanning salon.
Randy J. Schamberger, 42, was being held in the Barron County Jail on a misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy and a felony charge of representations depicting nudity, according to a press release by Chief Rick Rieper of the Cumberland Police Department and Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald.
