Court of Appeals to Hear Oral Arguments in Moorhead on May 17

ST. PAUL, Minn. (May 10, 2018) – A three-judge panel of the Minnesota Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on several cases in Moorhead on Thursday, May 17. The Court will hear the oral arguments, which are open to the public, in Courtroom 3 on the second floor of the Clay County Courthouse in Moorhead, 807 11th Street North, beginning at 8:30 a.m.

The Court of Appeals routinely hears oral arguments in communities across Minnesota to ensure access to justice. The full list of oral arguments scheduled for May 17 in Moorhead is attached.
