American Red Cross goes door-to-door in St. Paul to offer fire alarms

American Red Cross volunteers fanned out in St. Paul’s Payne-Phalen area Thursday, going door-to-door to offer free fire alarms.

It’s part of an ongoing national program and the smoke alarms are available to anyone, regardless of where they live.
