National organization honors 2 state troopers for Minnesota river rescue

Two Minnesota State Patrol officers are receiving national recognition for rescuing a man from a southern Minnesota river in 2016.

Troopers Zachary Borchardt and Nate Walton were named officer of the month by the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
