Delivery Driver Assistant

$12 / hour

Part-time

Duties include: Loading and Delivery of merchandise to customers, unload freight in warehouse, operate a box truck in a safe and responsible manner, read driving instructions, furniture assembly and repairs, lifting furniture into trucks, homes and warehouses following safe lifting and moving practices, use of dolly carts, fork lift and other equipment to move furniture, flooring and appliances and manage warehouses.

Requires: physically fit and able to do heavy lifting on a daily basis, able to work in all weather conditions, exceptional customer service skills and ability to problem solve and think independently, ability to get along with customers of many backgrounds and ethnicities and able to work 3-5 days week.

Salary: Hourly paid position based on experience. Yearly bonuses based on performance. Personal and Vacation paid time off for full-time employees. Employee merchandise discount.

Furniture delivery experience desired but not required.
