Bemidji Pioneer: Bemidji Herberger's on the list of closures

BEMIDJI—Department store operator Bon-Ton Stores Inc. will cease operations, leading to the closure of hundreds of stores across the country, including the Herberger's store in Bemidji, the company announced Tuesday.

Though a Bon-Ton Stores representative would not confirm to the Pioneer that the Bemidji Herberger's will close, a list released by the company included the local, 56,392 square-foot store, located in the Paul Bunyan Mall.
