Senior Accountant Enterprise: Red Lake Retail Center, Inc. Open: 4/11/18 to 4/25/18

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Financial reporting for Red Lake Retail Center, Inc., dba Red Lake Trading Post., dba Ponemah Market. Full-time/Non-Exempt position to start as soon as possible. Salary is dependent on qualifications, plus attractive benefits.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Financial Statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP for 2 stores

• Reconcile all cash and other balance sheet accounts as well as key income statement accounts to supporting documentation

• Perform income statement analysis for each store

• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget including the budget for the new store being constructed

• Coordinate audits with corporate accounting management and with external auditors

• Test, review and improve the effectiveness of cash and inventory controls

• Become proficient using Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics Software

• Other duties as assigned; able to work evenings and weekends (when needed)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• To apply, applicant must have 3 years in public accounting experience or 5 years in private accounting experience performing the top 3 responsibilities listed

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel;

• Experience with Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics, a plus

• Pre-employment drug screen required
