Early Head Start Family Coach: for BI-CAP Head Start

BI-County Community Action Programs, Inc. has the following position open in Cass County:

Early Head Start Family Coach: for BI-CAP Head Start in Backus/Cass County. $13.78+/hr DOQ, 40 hrs/wk w/benefits. 2 or 4 year Early Childhood Education, or Home Visitor or Infant/Toddler CDA strongly preferred but will consider experience in child development and early childhood education. Must be willing to obtain CDA within two years; which BI-CAP may fund. Conducts ongoing interactions in home visits and socializations to help support and strengthen parents' or expectant parents' abilities to nurture the healthy development of their children. Requires valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation available to attend family home visits. Must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP's values of collaboration, innovation and compassion as well as a respect for diversity.
