2 children die, mom and sibling injured in crash while en route to Easter gathering

FARGO, N.D. — Plans for a surprise Easter gathering in northwest Minnesota were cut short by an interstate crash that has left one family mourning the deaths of two young children and dealing with serious injuries to their mother and 3-year-old sibling.

Amber Eisele, 34, was en route to her mother’s house in Stephen, Minn., with her three children Sunday when she got a call that her sister, Trista Curry, of Fargo, had been in a crash on Interstate 29 near Grand Forks. Curry and her three children were also headed to Stephen for the Easter break.
