Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton said he would veto a House-passed bill to fix DMV computer glitches over the way it is funded.
The measure House members passed late Monday afternoon would take money from other agencies to fix the Public Safety Department program. Dayton said Tuesday he refuses to let lawmakers “cannibalize” other departments’ budgets to fix MNLARS.
