Emmanuel J. Burns, of St. Paul, was 4 ½ months old and passed away suddenly on March 12, 2018.

Funeral service for Emmanuel will be held Friday, March 16 at 12:00 p.m. with public visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. all at All Saints Episcopal Church, 3044 Longfellow Ave., Minneapolis.

Interment will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Minneapolis.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Chilson Funeral Home of Winsted.
