Bemidji Pioneer: Foul play not suspected in Red Lake woman's death

RED LAKE—Red Lake police do not suspect foul play in the death of a woman found on the reservation Monday.

Public Safety Director Bill Brunelle confirmed Thursday that Amy Dow's family members found her body in the area of Big Obaashing Road. Both Dow's family and law enforcement had searched the area after she was first reported missing, Brunelle said, but recent warm weather and snow melt may have revealed her body.
