Fond du Lac Tribal Councilor Vanessa Northrup Enters Diversion Program

Fond du Lac Tribal Councilor Vanessa Northrup has entered a diversion program as part of an agreement to drop charges against her, according to an official from the Carlton County Attorney's Office.

Northrup had been charged with two felony charges of theft and stolen property after allegedly depositing a $2,000 check into her personal bank account that was meant for the tribe.
