Tiffanie Garnier sentenced to 15 years in prison for accessory to murder

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA TV) - 31-year-old Tiffanie Garnier, of Pine Ridge, was sentenced to 15 years in a federal prison on Friday for accessory to murder in the shooting death of Vincent "Vinny" Brewer III.

29-year-old Brewer was shot and killed outside of the SuAnne Big Crow Recreation Center on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in October 2016.

Garnier plead guilty to accessory after the fact of the shooting. She helped shooters leave the scene of the murder.
