Minnesota's $329 million surplus erases previous shortfall concerns

State officials are projecting a $329 million budget surplus for the rest of the year, a smaller boost than some lawmakers anticipated weeks ago but a reversal from the revenue shortfall that was predicted at the end of 2017.
