The Region 2 Arts Council AAI Fellowship Program supports established Native American artists in facilitating depth and advancement in their artistic work. Two $5,000 awards will be granted in 2018. The funds can be used for

• Exploring new directions or continuing work in progress

• Production costs, materials, or equipment

• Collaborative or community projects

• Travel, research or study to further your art

• And more!

AAI Fellows will be showcased in the annual spring/summer Region 2 Arts Council AAI Exhibit.

This grant is made possible by the generous support of the McKnight Foundation. Eligible applicants must be enrolled tribal members or descendants residing in Beltrami, Clearwater, Hubbard, Mahnomen, Lake of the Woods, Becker, Roseau, Cass, and Itasca counties in Minnesota.
