Police: Family dispute preceded fatal shooting in St. Paul home

A family dispute preceded a fatal shooting in a St. Paul house in the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, according to police.

A man who called 911 was “the apparent shooter” and he is related to the man who was killed, said Steve Linders, a St. Paul police spokesman. He was on the scene when police arrived and officers brought him to the department’s headquarters for questioning.
