Scott Tucker, the part-time Aspen resident who allegedly bought a Park Avenue home through a $3.5 billion payday lending operation, was sentenced Friday to 16 years in prison for exploiting cash-strapped customers.
Federal authorities in February 2016, when Tucker was arrested, moved to seize the $8 million home of the race-car driver.
