UMN to raise nonresident tuition 15 percent next fall

The University of Minnesota Board of Regents agreed Thursday to raise tuition for nonresident students by 15 percent next year.

It’s the board’s most aggressive increase yet as they move away from a 2008 discount strategy that made nonresident tuition at the U the second-cheapest in the Big Ten.
