New law enforcement chapter offers mentorship to Minnesota's officers of color

Local law enforcement officials on Wednesday will launch a chapter aimed at mentoring officers of color.

The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives will start the new local chapter, dubbed NOBLE Northstar. The chapter will provide officers of color with training, mentoring and career-advancement opportunities.
