Federal fugitive arrested after high-speed chase

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) - A man wanted on a federal assault warrant and numerous other charges has been arrested on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation. Dakota Charboneau was taken into custody Friday night after a high-speed chase southeast of Fort Totten.
The Grand Forks County Sheriff's Office says deputies attempted to stop charboneau just north of larimore. The suspect fled north on Highway 18 and then west on Highway 2.
