THUNDERBIRDS GET BACK ON TRACK

United Tribes completed the season sweep of Turtle Mountain Community College on the road. The Thunderbirds jumped out to a 59-32 lead at half and went into cruise mode to win 131-88. Rob McClain paced the attack with 28 points. Also scoring in double figures for Tribes were Robert Beaulieu (14), Montel Carlow (13), Shayden Keplin (13), Jacob Martin (12), and Sam Pendleton (10).

With the win the Thunderbirds move to 10-2 on the season. They complete the 2017 portion of their season with four home games in the next two weeks. This Friday and Saturday they take on Little Big Horn College and Miles Community College in the John Thunderhawk Classic. The game on Friday tips at 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday at 2 p.m.
