Oglala Sioux Tribe uncovers bootlegging operation

PINE RIDGE, S.D. (KOTA TV) - When the Oglala Sioux Tribe police conducted a warrants sweep with the U.S. Marshal Service Black Hills Fugitive Task Force Nov. 16, they came across a bootlegging operation.
According to a release from the OST, the bootlegging operation involved mixing vodka with “probably” isopropyl alcohol and water; then selling the mixture in Dasani water bottles for $10 each.
