'Never happened,' says lawyer for defiant Dan Schoen, of sex harassment

State Sen. Dan Schoen didn’t show up for what amounted to his resignation news conference Wednesday amid allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior.

But, in his stead, Schoen’s attorney expressed defiance against three women who have publicly accused Schoen of conduct ranging from creeping them out to squeezing a woman’s buttocks.
