Judge rejects last of three lawsuits against Stillwater school closings

A judge has dismissed the last of three lawsuits challenging a Stillwater Area Schools decision to close three elementary schools.

Anoka County District Judge Daniel O’Fallon wrote in his order earlier this week that the plaintiffs lacked standing to bring the lawsuit, which alleged financial conflicts of interest and violations of the state’s open meetings law.
