Teddy Millage Sr.

(February 6, 1961 - November 14, 2017)

Teddy Millage Sr., age 56, of Ogema, MN, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at his home.

Teddy was born February 6, 1961, in Forrest Lake, MN, to Verna (Morgan) and Clark J. Millage. Growing up, Ted attended Detroit Lakes High School and received his GED in 1981. He attended the Detroit Lakes Vo-Tech for one year of auto mechanics and later graduated from the carpentry program.

Ted enjoyed helping his family with home repairs and working on vehicles with his sons and he adored his daughter, love bug. He would often stop in and have a bite to eat and visit his mother and sister. Ted enjoyed teasing and making people laugh. Over the years, Ted was employed at White Earth Housing Authority, Ojibwa Building Supplies, Circle of Life School and most recently, the Shooting Star Casino.

In 1984, Ted met Patrice Alexander, and to this union they had two sons, Nathan and Nicholas Millage. In 1992, Ted met Stacie Warren and to this union they had two children, Teddy Jr. and Marissa Millage.

Teddy is survived by his mother, Verna, Ogema; sisters, Kimberly (Mark) Lage, Audubon, MN, Sheree, Ogema; brother, Robert, Fergus Falls, MN; children: Nathan (Daisy Oleson) Nickolas, Teddy Jr. (Brandi Skramstad) and Marissa Millage, Ogema; grandchildren: Jameson, Raquel, Davien, Teddy III and Tyrese and many nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Clark J. Millage, brother, Lowell' grandparents, Eliza and George Morgan and Howard and LuVern Millage and many aunts, uncles and extended relatives.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 18, 2017, at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Naytahwaush, MN. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 17, 2017, from 5 pm until 7 pm, with a Prayer Service at 6:30 pm, at the Anderson Family Funeral Home in Mahnomen. Burial will be in the Samuel Memorial Episcopal Cemetery, Naytahwaush, MN.
